under the leadership of a Cambodian doctor , Dr. Ang Chin Suorng graduated Doctor of Medicine in Phnom Penh in February 1974 , working in France as a pulmonologist since October 1985, the idea came from a group of friends highly sensitized by the situation in Cambodia, to offer assistance primarily to the university hospital " hospital Khmero Soviet " hospital where he was assistant clinical director before leaving hurriedly in 1975.
The decision was taken on 11 May 2008, of the association " Aid to Cambodia Respiratory Insufficiency " (AIR Khmer).
